Join as a third party in an arbitral proceeding

To join an arbitral proceeding before the Market Chamber as an interested third party, the “Join as a third party in an arbitral proceeding” form, available in the link above, must be completed and sent to the Secretariat, together with the respective power of attorney, by e-mail to [email protected].

The form gathers the information required for the initial registration of the Interested Third Party and must be completed in full, including the number of the arbitral proceeding, the data of the Third Party, of the attorneys who will act in the case, and the identification of the party responsible for paying the arbitration costs and expenses.

In this context, the “Individual Registration” and “Legal Entity Registration” fields, in the “Payment Information and Registrations” section, are intended to identify the individual or legal entity responsible for paying the arbitration costs and expenses, as well as for the issuance of the respective payment slips.

The power of attorney submitted must correspond to the attorneys indicated in the form and contain the powers required for their representation.

After receiving the documentation, the Secretariat will register the attorneys indicated in the form and in the power of attorney. Once access is granted, the Interested Third Party may file its submissions directly on the CAM Digital platform.
